Commission is a share of the hosting revenue you refer, and it scales with your active sites:

Exactly what comes out
Your build fee is yours — we don't take a cut of it. What is deducted is the real cost of collecting the money, plus 5% for running the payout side: reconciling, holding the funds, and sending them to you.

Payment costs vary a little by card and country — we pass through exactly what we're charged, never a marked-up estimate, and every line is itemised in your dashboard. Recurring hosting commission works the same way: your tier rate applied after payment costs.
